Items received may vary from those shown in photos or videos

Each order is unique and cannot be customised unless stated

Please note: dissatisfaction with the surprise contents is not a valid reason for return.

8. Returns & Refunds (Jersey‑Compliant 7‑Day Policy)

Under Jersey consumer law, customers may return items within 7 days of receiving their order, provided they are:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In original condition

You may request a return if:

• The item arrived damaged

• You received an incorrect item

• A product was missing

You change your mind within 7 days (item must be unused)

Order number

Clear photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect)

We will review your request and offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Mystery Boxes, scoops, and surprise items can be returned, but only if they are unused and unopened.

Misuse of products

💖 REFUNDS POLICY
