Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Customs delays (for international orders) are outside of our control.

• You received the wrong item

• A product was missing from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:

• Photos of the issue

We will review the problem and offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
